Had lasik eye surgery four days ago i really need feedback PLEASE!? I had surgery four days ago and everything went well but today after my follow up the doctor said I’ve to wear sunglasses for life and im very very sad about this what happens if i dont? Doctor also said i had very very high stignitism im not sure what that’s but he said he removed that from my eyes he performed a different type of surgery he said and that now I’ve to wear shades for life where ever i go, i hate shades they blur my vision more i just want to know whar will happen if i dont?

Can you pelase go into details of what you think might have happened wrong? Did you have really bad eye vision prior to getting the surgery done? How much did you pay? Perhaps you paid for the wrong LASIK surgery (Ive read theer are now different kinds that can be performed). I haven’t got it done, but if your being honest when you say it went bad, I'm having second doubts about getting it down myself. Maybe there is another surgery you can get performed to correct this so you don't need shades? Hopefully it works out for you though. EDIT: i know you said the surgery went fine, but since u said u need shades from now on for the rest of your life is this your fault or their fault? I'm obviously not sure what caused the eye doctor to say u need shades for the rest of your life but i'm guessing u weren't informed prior to getting the surgery done that you would need them. So in other words, the surgery went fine but all of a sudden u need shades for life. Either way, consider going back and looking at other options if the shades bother u. And yeah, my vision is pretty bad lol, i guess this experience of yours kinda makes me second-guess now whether i should go get it done myself in the near future!
