The husband is a cheesecake connoisseur, who all samples and all my cooking leftover cheesecake.His wife was beautiful and very pregnant affinity for these chocolate sandwich cookies. Cookies and Cream Cheese Mini pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line 30 muffin tins with paper liners (white is amusing to see the cookie on the bottom after they are cooked), then place a cookie in each cup.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until well blended. Scrape the bowl as needed.Add eggs one at a time, scraping the sides of the bowl between the eggs. Mix sour cream and salt and stir in chopped cookies.
Divide batter between 30 muffin cups, filling each cup almost to the top. Bake at 275 degrees F for 22 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Remove pans from oven and let cool in the pan. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Makes 30 cupcakes sized cheese.
