One dead, dozens in hospital as Texas rave ends in 'chaos'

The event was held at Fair Park in Dallas and a map of the venue on the event's website showed stages for various electronic music performers, as well as carnival rides, art installations and beer stands.
The website warns attendees that there would be "zero tolerance" for drug use or possession. It also advises them to drink water regularly to stay hydrated.
The Electric Daisy Carnival, which is held at sites across the US, drew criticism after the death of a 15-year-old girl at a Los Angeles rave last year from a drug overdose, the newspaper said.
The event's producer, Los Angeles electronic music promoter Insomniac Events, next plans to hold a three-day Electric Daisy Carnival rave at Las Vegas Motor Speedway starting on Friday.
